Operations Co-Ordinator

We are looking for an Administration Coordinator to join our fast-growing business to play a key role within the resourcing team in the administration, coordination and travel for employees and contractors.

Sangfroid Resources is part of Sangfroid Group who are a UK registered risk management services provider with a strong and successful record of security risk management support to major clients within the merchant marine and offshore oil and gas industries, as well as critical support to Government Agencies and national institutions.
What we offer:
Salary £26,000 – £30,000 pa.
Hybrid working (office based at Exeter Business Park)
37.5 hour week (start and finish time to be agreed)
25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.

Overview of role:
Βook hotels for employees and consultants.
Book flights (through travel provider) for employees and consultants.
Compile contracting documents (from templated forms) for consultants.
Be prepared to liaise with Commercial Manager and Head of Finance in the recording of approved costs.
Respond to changes in travel and accommodation needs.
Upload personnel files onto the operations management system.
Management of required contractor certification.
Track and manage consultants to task.
Assist the Ops Manager as required.
Be prepared to assist the HR team as and when required.
Any other ad hoc duties.
Skills, experience and personal qualities:
Minimum 3 years’ experience of administration, ideally within a dynamic business.
Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working with multiple data bases and ERMs.
Highly discreet and strong sense of integrity.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint and bespoke IT systems.
Good understanding of working to deadlines, with flexible hours if required.
Experience and willingness to work independently.
Able to work unsupervised against set processes and procedures.
